A 50% deposit is required at the commencement of work. The balance is payable when your site is complete. Once full payment is received your site will by uploaded to the server. If you prefer you can pay the full amount at the start of the build. Payments can be via PayPal, cheque or online bank transfer/BACS. Your year of hosting will not begin until your site has been uploaded to the server. You will be given a full receipt with renewal dates once your site is complete and uploaded. During the site build you will be able to see its progress on a test site and make suggestions for additions and changes. There will be no charge for amendments and updates to your site through the year of hosting, simply email the changes/additions and we will do them for you as soon as possible, (often the same day unless we are on holiday). Any major changes to layout may incur an extra charge which can be discussed at the time. You are solely responsible for your website content. All material supplied for inclusion, including text, artwork, photographs etc, must be your own and must not infringe any copyrights. Hosting and domain services are purchased on an annual basis and no refunds are available should you cancel your website during the period of your hosting agreement. We always purchase hosting services from a reputable and tested company which we use ourselves but regret we cannot be held liable for any losses should the hosting company cease trading or go into liquidation during the period of your hosting contract. However we will do our utmost to find alternative hosting. | ||||||
